Kemtal Glasgow is a leadership coach and consultant renowned for his work with executives and leaders who aim to improve their communication, leadership, operational, and management skills. Based in Dallas, Texas, he founded Victoryville Group LLC, an executive leadership consulting firm that equips individuals and organizations to meet their goals. As a dynamic speaker, he is committed to developing exceptional leaders and teams, focusing on delivering high-level execution and extraordinary customer service moments.

His leadership has propelled numerous organizational expansions, guiding teams into new markets through strategic innovation, training, and the adept application of key performance indicators (KPIs). Kemal has significantly enhanced employee engagement and customer satisfaction, driving sales through distinguished customer service and loyalty programs. He has created numerous training modules, including the innovative Triomphe Situational Leadership Model(™), and has coached nonprofit teams in The Four Disciplines of Execution (4DX), helping them identify and prioritize critical goals.

His early career began after graduating from triOS College in 2001 with a degree in Management Information Systems (MIS). He quickly advanced within TJX Canada, undertaking roles from Field/Operational Trainer to Store Operations Manager, where he was pivotal in over 40 new store openings, including the first 6 HomeSense stores in Canada.

In 2007, Kemtal transitioned to Director of Leadership Development at Global Expeditions, where he honed his mentoring and motivational speaking skills and developed comprehensive leadership training for project directors and managers. His leadership acumen led to his promotion to Executive Director of Acquire the Fire, where he managed a large team and spearheaded the introduction of new products and operational improvements.

Furthermore, as an executive pastor at a large nondenominational evangelical church in Texas, he oversaw multiple campus locations and focused on aiding those impacted by the church. He also supported pastors through his role in AFCM International’s Southern Plains Region.

Today, Kemtal Glasgow is a highly sought-after motivational speaker and serves as the Managing Partner of Victoryville Group. He continues influencing the next generation of leaders as a guest lecturer at leadership seminars and conferences nationwide. Despite stepping back from vocational ministry, he remains dedicated to assisting pastors and those hurt by religious institutions, emphasizing leadership, service, and innovation in his ongoing efforts.
