His early career began after graduating from triOS College in 2001 with a degree in Management Information Systems (MIS). He quickly advanced within TJX Canada, undertaking roles from Field/Operational Trainer to Store Operations Manager, where he was pivotal in over 40 new store openings, including the first 6 HomeSense stores in Canada.
In 2007, Kemtal transitioned to Director of Leadership Development at Global Expeditions, where he honed his mentoring and motivational speaking skills and developed comprehensive leadership training for project directors and managers. His leadership acumen led to his promotion to Executive Director of Acquire the Fire, where he managed a large team and spearheaded the introduction of new products and operational improvements.
Furthermore, as an executive pastor at a large nondenominational evangelical church in Texas, he oversaw multiple campus locations and focused on aiding those impacted by the church. He also supported pastors through his role in AFCM International’s Southern Plains Region.
